In our group, we have several research projects about nuclesynthesis and core-collapse supernova. Here you can find the current open positions.

Bachelor and Master thesis are possible in the group within different topics: nucleosynthesis, supernovae simulations, galactic chemical evolution and more.

If you would like to carry out your thesis in our group please send an email with following information:

  • name and semester you are now,
  • motivation letter (max 1 page) including: 1) why you want to do the thesis in the group, 2) which topic you would prefer and why, 3) which were your favourite subjects during your bachelor and master studies and why,
  • marks from your bachelor and master (if applying for master thesis).

It would be important that you can work independently, have some programming background (at least python), have good or very good physics background, are motivated, are willing to integrate and work in the group in an inclusive and diverse atmosphere.
