LOEWE Top Professorship for Nuclear Physicist Prof. Achim Schwenk
Hesse supports research work with 1.9 million Euro

TU Darmstadt receives a further LOEWE Top Professorship. The astro and nuclear physicist Prof. Achim Schwenk is awarded this professorship. He is performing research and teaches at the Department of Physics since 2009. The research support program LOEWE of Hesse provides about 1.9 million Euro for his research on the forces in atomic nuclei and neutron stars for a period of five years.
