Technical Design Reports for CRYRING and SPECTRAP accepted

The FAIR-ECE (Expert committee experiments) has accepted the Technical Design Reports (TDR) for CRYRING and SPECTRAP. These instruments will significantly enhance the abilities for laser spectroscopy of highly charged ions and other species at Storage Rings and in ion traps. The TDR's will soon be made available on the FAIR website.
