Li-11 apparatus is prepared for a new task

The vacuum chamber with the quadrupole mass spectrometer that was used for charge radius measurements on Li-6 to Li-11 at GSI and TRIUMF has been moved from GSI to TU Darmstadt to prepare for off-line measurements with stable boron isotopes.
